• How to Use on a New Tattoo

  1-Clean your tattoo with our Ink Absolution/Ink Oil (same product, we are just in the process of changing our name).
  ​2-Exit the shower and towel dry.
  ​3-Follow with a nice thin layer of our Ink Salve.
  ​4-Apply frequent thin layers of Ink Salve throughout the day, as needed.  Will not leave your skin coated, will not stick to your clothes and will not stain clothes.  After the first 72 hours, most people decrease the frequency of application.  Apply whenever your tattoo feels dry or tight.
  ​5-At night apply a thin layer of Ink Salve to the tattoo and then cover with a semi-loose fitting piece of clothing. This will just protect your tattoo from rubbing against the sheets and getting scratched or drying out.​

  ​Directions for Use to Maintain an Existing Tattoo

  1-If you are having some kind of reaction to the ink in your tattoo or you are still battling some kind of scabbing on your tattoo, follow the steps from our Ink Absolution/Ink Oil. Using this as your first step of defense in the shower is the best way to allow your skin to start healing.
  ​2-If #1 does not apply to you, wash your body like normal.
  ​3-Towel dry as normal and then apply a thin layer of Ink Salve on your tattoo.  Can be used on new tattoos to heal them, and on existing tattoos to maintain them.
  ​4-About 10 minutes before bed, apply a thin layer of Ink Salve on your tattoos.  Allow to penetrate in.

   

  ​Done.....Ink Salve will help hydrate older tattoos and will work to maintain their color, firmness and tight lines.
